Cotton Yoga Bolster

Our Pranayama Cotton Bolster provides the right amount of support. Designed to follow the length of the spine, this long, rectangular bolster facilitates gentle expansion of the lungs for deeper breathing. The pranayama bolster is firm enough to hold your body weight, but soft enough to allow you to become very relaxed. You can use it for all kinds of supportive postures.
